All products sold by Pearl Above Water are digital downloads delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. Once a purchase is completed, files are made available through instant download and or sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to enter accurate checkout information so your files can be delivered successfully.

When you purchase a product from Pearl Above Water, you are granted a limited, non transferable license to use that product for personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, share, recreate, resell, sublicense, or use any product for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Pearl Above Water. All designs, layouts, artwork, and written content remain the intellectual property of Pearl Above Water even after purchase.

Purchases and Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed and files are delivered, the sale is final in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non refundable once files have been delivered. Please review our Refund Policy for full details. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we will do our best to help.
